Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns
• Maintain security and cleanliness in common areas
• Handle rental processes including documentation and checks
• Oversee building maintenance and minor repairs
• Prepare reports on tenant activities and building conditions
Requirements:
• Must be a resident of Canada
• Minimum two years' experience in related roles
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
• Excellent understanding of the English language
• Physically capable of performing job duties
