Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver improvements in safety and productivity
• Manage purchasing systems for tooling
• Validate machining processes and equipment
• Develop MTO plans for production
• Lead engineering efforts with suppliers and plant staff
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in tool engineering
• Solid background in a machining environment
• Team-oriented with leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and AutoCAD
