Responsibilities




Lead the growth of our current residential electrical division
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
Oversee project estimating, completion, safety, and quality control
Foster excellent relationships with builders, electricians, and suppliers
Innovate, sell, and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements
A Master Electrician with at least 5 years of residential experience
Proven skills in estimating and project management
Solid relationships within the electrical and construction industry
A motivated self-starter who values integrity and innovation
Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement
