• Oversee purchasing and manage vendor invoice reconciliation
• Coordinate travel logistics for field personnel
• Support daily crew scheduling and dispatch activities




• Maintain precise records of equipment usage and inspections
• Organize office mailing and administrative document preparation
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of administrative experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with scheduling systems preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
