Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required
Maintain the Alaska Highways year-round
Assist with labourer duties including crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, and hazard remediation
Work outside in all weather conditions
Respond to varying weather patterns through shift work, on-call work, and night shifts

Requirements
Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license with air endorsement
Explicit 3-year driver's abstract
Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a robust asset
Ability to work shift, on-call, and night shifts
