Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert guidance to customers on insurance • Process commercial paperwork and client applications • Issue insurance certificates for new clients • Maintain relationships with underwriters for quotes • Follow up consistently on claims status and payments
Requirements: • Valid RIBO license mandatory; industry accreditations beneficial • At least a year of personal insurance experience • Preferred experience in P&C; commercial insurance • Robust customer focus and organizational skills • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
