This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless daily operations—from assisting customers and processing orders, to maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating shipments.RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and email with professionalism and technical expertiseAssess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, pricing, availability, and alternative solutionsPresent alternatives and solutions considering pricing, specifications, compatibility, and availabilityProvide reliable updates on product availability, shipment status, and delivery timelinesCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve issuesHelp maintain an organized, stocked,
