We are seeking a seasoned Senior Automation Test Engineer with over 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Selenium with Java and a robust background in both functional and automation testing. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, leading test strategy, and mentoring team members while ensuring high-quality software delivery. This role requires excellent technical skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication to coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.
Job Description
06+ experience in functional and automation testing
Robust experience in the automation testing tool Selenium with Java
Experience creating, enhancing, debugging, and executing test scripts
Strong experience in Java programming concepts
Defining and exporting test results and analysing test results.
Reporting defects based on the results.
Experience in coordinating the tasks between in office and offshore resource
Communicating with the Project team with respect to the Automation Development and Execution.
Defining the Automation Test strategy, test plan and estimation of the Automation Tasks.
Experience in API testing using Rest-assured/Postman is preferred
Knowledge of databases is preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
