Overview

A career as a leader or practise leader in the threat Identification team at National Bank means acting as an expert in cybersecurity and proactive threat detection. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on protecting the organisation thanks to your experience in threat hunting, responding to incidents and identifying complex threats.

Your job
Proactively identify and analyse malicious behaviours through threat hunting activities
Develop and develop hunting practises by defining methodologies, use cases and performance indicators
Leverage and correlate security data from multiple sources (SIEM, EDR, application logs and cloud environments)
Integrate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, to improve the efficiency of threat hunting activities
Collaborate with the intelligence and incident response teams to speed up threat identification and management
Support and support the development of team members through coaching and mentoring

You are part of a team of approximately 11 colleagues in the IT Operations sector and will report to the Senior Manager – threat Identification. Prerequisites
A Bachelor's degree in computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in threat hunting
At least 1 year of experience responding to incidents or cyberdefence
Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as SIEM and BDU
Be an expert in security data analysis and log correlation
Be comfortable in cloud environments, particularly AWS
Experience with automation and agentic AI
