Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 / year

Mission To lead and optimize warehouse operations through disciplined inventory control, protected and effective material handling, and strong team leadership, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective flow of goods that consistently supports production and customer demand.

Outcomes

Maintain overall warehouse inventory accuracy

at or above 98% through cycle counts, transaction auditing, and inventory reconciliation activities by the end of each month.

Maintain order picking accuracy

at or above 99% by implementing verification procedures and conducting routine audits of outbound orders throughout the fiscal year.

Maintain ERP transaction accuracy

at or above 99% by ensuring timely and accurate completion of all inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and shipment transactions throughout the year.

Maintain adequate staffing coverage and operational continuity

by effectively scheduling warehouse personnel, managing attendance issues promptly, and cross-training team members throughout the year.
