Kilborn Dental Centre is a friendly, patient-focused dental clinic in Ottawa dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're growing our team and looking for a motivated, personable individual to join us in a front desk administration role.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming first impression.
Schedule appointments, manage confirmations, and handle patient inquiries by phone and email.
Present treatment plans and explain fees, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients.
Process billing, insurance submissions, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Support the clinical team with day-to-day coordination and workflow.

What We're Looking For




Experience in a customer-facing role — dental experience is required.
Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, or client services are strongly encouraged to apply.
Comfortable discussing fees and services with confidence and professionalism.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm, patient manner.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage a busy front desk workplace.
Quick learner who is comfortable picking up current software and systems.
