The Brenda Strafford Foundation in Calgary, AB, is hiring a Child & Youth Development Specialist to lead intentional programming for children aged 0–12 and youth aged 8–18 at Heart Home Network’s second-stage domestic violence shelter. The role centers on safety, belonging, healthy relationships and trauma-informed growth.

Responsibilities include planning developmentally appropriate activities, supporting families, coordinating with shelter teams, and documenting progress.
