Froude Management Inc. (FMI) is looking for a full-time Skilled Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work, shows initiative on site, and is eager to be part of a construction team delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities
Perform general labour duties to support site operations, including material handling, site cleanup, and assisting trades
Load, unload,



and move construction materials and equipment as required
Assist carpenters, foremen, and superintendents with tasks as directed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support site setup and teardown, including temporary protections and basic installations
Identify and communicate any site issues or safety concerns
Operate basic hand and power tools as needed

Job Skills & Qualifications
Previous construction or labour experience is an asset
Robust work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is an asset (training can be provided)
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Valuable attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Valid driver’s license is an asset
