About the Role

We are a growing D2C brand looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Intern to support our e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This is a hands‑on role where you'll get real exposure to how a brand grows and scales on India's top online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Cataloguing Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho — including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and category mapping to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.

Order & Inventory Management Monitor daily orders, coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for timely dispatch, track returns and cancellations, and maintain healthy inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Ad Campaigns & Promotions Assist in setting up and managing sponsored ads, deals, coupons, and platform‑specific promotions. Support the team in optimizing campaigns to improve ROAS and drive sales growth.

Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key metrics like sales, traffic, conversion rates, returns,



and ad spend. Prepare weekly performance reports and share actionable insights with the team.

Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, or a related field
Basic understanding of e‑commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel) is a plus
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
Strong attention to detail, valuable communication skills, and a self‑starter attitude
Eagerness to learn and work in a rapid‑paced startup workplace
