In this role, you will need to have obtained a degree in Horticulture Therapy along with 480 hours of related internship experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct horticulture-centered activities for residents
• Develop robust, supportive relationships with individuals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective care




• Facilitate resident involvement in personal care decisions
• Join forces with the Recreation Team to enhance programs
Requirements:
• Completion of a degree in Horticulture Therapy or equivalent
• 480 hours of hands-on internship experience
