This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care in a remote coastal community. As an experienced ER nurse, you will assess and treat patients rapidly, coordinating with healthcare teams to stabilize conditions and ensure seamless transitions when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and triage patients based on medical need
• Deliver emergency care for a variety of conditions
• Wait on patients with IVs and critical procedures
• Monitor patient stability and progress
• Work with physicians to manage patient care effectively
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM in valuable standing
• At least 1 year experience in ER or Med-Surgical nursing
• Must have ACLS and BLS/CPR certifications
• Preferred TNCC and CTAS certifications
Support emergency healthcare in Bella Bella and contribute meaningfully to the community.
