Core Responsibilities
Design Team Operations
Provide ongoing support and coordination for designers
Ensure designers understand priorities and workflows
Facilitate collaboration across a global team
Foster team culture, communication, and connection
Project & Sprint Management
Manage Jira workflows and ticket tracking
Ensure proper handoffs and linkage of work in Jira
Track team bandwidth and assignments
Support sprint cadence and agile practices
Coordinate reporting and progress tracking
Stakeholder Coordination
Work with:
Product teams
Engineering teams
Business stakeholders
Gather and clarify requirements
Advocate for design value with stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience

UX / Design Process Knowledge
