This role will drive automation-first testing strategies, ensure regulatory-compliant software delivery, and lead high-performing QA teams across complex digital and core banking platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in automation frameworks, leadership experience, and domain knowledge in banking/financial services.

Required Qualifications / Experience

Technical Skills

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Domain Knowledge
Deep understanding of banking systems, payment processing, and financial regulations.
Experience working in highly regulated settings.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML in testing (self-healing automation, predictive analytics).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
