Key Responsibilities:
Identify learning gaps and design effective strategies
Curate and create engaging AI learning content
Maintain and administer the AI library in the LMS

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in instructional design
Familiarity with key AI tools and concepts
Expert-level skills in eLearning tools
