In this full time role with NFP, you will manage a portfolio of retirement plan clients, delivering exceptional service while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in assessing plan performance and ensuring adherence to regulations.
You will lead plan reviews and guide clients through transitions and changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main consultant for assigned retirement plans
Foster relationships with plan sponsors and committees
Lead annual performance and alignment assessments
Provide legislative guidance on retirement plans
Generate revenue through new client opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years in group insurance retirement services
LLQP license needed within one year of hiring
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Robust analytical and decision-making abilities
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
