In this role, you will lead the Prairies & North Wildlife team, reporting to the Director of Ecology and EIA. Based in key Canadian cities, your leadership will connect cutting-edge solutions with real-world wildlife impacts. Prioritizing team success, you will enhance WSP's wildlife service footprint through effective mentorship and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct project execution for diverse wildlife initiatives
Foster mentorship and employee engagement in the team
Monitor operational and financial performance metrics
Collaborate with directors for multidisciplinary solutions
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
Degree in Biology, Ecology, or Environmental Science
At least 8 years of experience in environmental consulting
Solid client relationship management skills
Skilled designation or eligibility for registration
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
