In this critical role, you will report to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management. Your leadership will bridge engineering analytics with asset data governance, playing a key role in the integration of recent customer loads and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). You will manage a multidisciplinary team while ensuring the distribution system's operational integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. This role highlights strategic project prioritization and development of talent within the team.
Key Responsibilities:



- Mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team - Protect and manage GIS data integrity - Lead Connection Impact Assessments and evaluations - Analyze system performance and implement improvements - Oversee engineering data for regulatory compliance
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Minimum five years of relevant leadership experience - Licensed Skilled Engineer in Ontario - Robust computer and collaboration skills - English proficiency required, bilingual preferred
