Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough training needs assessments
Develop training processes alongside plant management




Create and approve Standard Work Instructions
Partner with experts to develop relevant content
Develop metrics to provide insight on training effectiveness

Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in training or operations
Preferred CTDP certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of Intertek Alchemy tools is advantageous
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
