You will be responsible for planning engaging activities, practicing the High/Scope approach, and assessing children's progress in line with Family Day’s mission. Your empathetic communication will strengthen family connections.
Key Responsibilities: - Practice and implement the Hanen Learning Program - Lead assessments for children with special needs - Create culturally responsive educational programs - Guide children’s personal development - Participate in staff meetings and training
Requirements: - Degree in Early Childhood Education required - Active member of the College of Early Childhood Educators - At least 2 years of relevant experience - Medical clearance and TB test required - Ability to work all shifts between 7 a.M. and 6 p.M.
