- Serve as a thought partner for operational leaders - Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for Ontario - Guide on performance management and employee disputes - Implement HR policies that comply with local legislation - Collaborate with the People & Culture team for development solutions
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar - 7+ years of HR experience in multi-site operations - Proven track record in employee relations and coaching - Familiarity with Ontario HR regulations - Preferred CHRP or CHRL designation
