Join the Child & Youth team at Pacific Spirit Community Health Centre with Vancouver Coastal Health in Vancouver as a Mental Health Clinician. Your expertise will enhance the well-being of youth dealing with severe mental health issues.

This position calls for a dedicated clinician with a Master’s degree and at least three years’ experience working in mental health settings. You will assess and create tailored care plans for children facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

Your team-oriented approach with a multidisciplinary team will ensure comprehensive support for your young clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess children’s psychosocial and emotional needs
Create individualized treatment plans with cooperative input




Guide and facilitate family sessions and group interventions
Coordinate care with a focus on consistency and support
Attend case meetings to share knowledge and strategies

Requirements:
Master’s degree in an Allied Health Discipline
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Valid BC Driver’s License for local area travel
In-depth knowledge of mental illness diagnosis and treatment
Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
