Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer experience and operational KPIs
Conduct detailed reviews of customer interaction data
Develop production-ready Databricks Apps for analytics
Design and refine executive storytelling through dashboards
Produce impactful presentations on root causes and recommendations
Requirements:
At least 3 years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
Proficiency in Databricks and self-service analytics
Solid analytical and SQL problem-solving skills
Familiarity with AI applications like Genie and ChatGPT
Experience managing end-to-end analytical projects
