You will collaborate with the Director of Health and Wellness, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. The RN role includes responsibility for care assessments, monitoring resident conditions, and participating in family education to enhance care plans and resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:



- Maintain up-to-date resident care assessments and service plans - Facilitate family education about care plans - Implement and adhere to regulatory medication administration - Supervise unregulated care providers and their assessments - Respond to significant medical emergencies and resident concerns
Requirements: - Active Registered Nurse registration in applicable Province/State - Proven experience working with seniors in care settings - Exceptional care coordination and time management abilities - Advanced written and verbal communication skills - Recent Vulnerable Position Screening must be current
