Key Responsibilities:



- Ensure compliance with health and safety objectives - Direct production and construction efforts for optimal performance - Mentor and coach team members effectively - Analyze production and quality reports for planning - Implement improvements for efficiency and product quality
Requirements: - Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent is preferable - Supervisory Common Core certification is mandatory - Full Underground Common Core certification required - 5+ years' experience in mining is essential - Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
