Drive impactful real estate investment with ADI Development Group as an Investment Associate. Your role will focus on financial modeling, underwriting, and partnership management for projects enhancing affordable housing in the Greater Toronto Area.

In this associate position, you will report directly to the VP of Investments and be responsible for leading financial analyses and investment strategies. You will engage proactively in the capital raising process and establish relationships with lenders and institutional partners.

Your ability to synthesize data and present actionable insights will be key to advocating for investment prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute financial modeling for recent acquisition opportunities
Present detailed underwriting analyses to executives




Conduct third-party due diligence on investment projects
Collaborate with construction teams for cost management
Participate actively in investor and lender negotiations

Requirements:
Skilled experience in real estate investment or development
Advanced capabilities in Excel and financial modeling
Required MBA with preferred CFA/CAIA designation
Proven record of analyzing complex financial scenarios
Solid project management and communication skills
