In this full time, permanent position, you will engage with clients through the call center as their first point of contact. Your role involves managing inbound and outbound inquiries, assessing needs, and delivering customized insurance quotes.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to high volumes of inbound client calls
Conduct outbound calls based on marketing campaigns
Evaluate client needs and provide tailored policy quotes

Address and respond to inquiries via online chat and email

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in property or auto insurance sales
Valid OTL General Insurance License in Ontario
At least 1 year of tenure with a recent employer
High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
Strong listening and communication skills
