Become a Family Physician with Community Healthcaring Kitchener-Waterloo, improving health equity in the community. This role can adapt to part time or full time commitments based on your availability.

The Health Centre is looking for a Family Physician to engage with a diverse client population. You will provide comprehensive medical care, educate clients, and assist Nurse Practitioners within a team-based framework. Your contributions will help address complex health challenges and reduce barriers to care faced by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and treatment per Ontario standards
Consult with Nurse Practitioners on specific cases
Document patient charts and participate in case conferences
Engage in health promotion initiatives and team meetings
Support on-call services during evenings and weekends

Requirements:
Medical degree and provincial certification are mandatory
Membership in the Ontario Medical Association
Experience with diverse populations in a team setting
Excellent English communication skills required
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
