Key Responsibilities:
Conduct energy usage assessments to identify improvement prospects
Develop energy-saving project scopes and feasibility studies
Manage the implementation and monitoring of energy retrofit projects




Facilitate tenant communication regarding energy initiatives
Drive operational efficiency through low/no cost energy measures

Requirements:
Qualified Engineer Designation and a relevant degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy management
Solid analytical skills with energy financial modeling knowledge
Proficiency in energy assessment tools and methodologies
Bilingual proficiency is desirable
