Key Responsibilities:
Lead troubleshooting efforts across IT systems
Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Oversee virtualization and storage solutions

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
Solid background in Microsoft Windows Server
Familiarity with SQL Server and database management
Relevant certifications such as MCSA or Fortinet NSE preferred
