Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job cost tracking and budgeting in Yardi
Code and review invoices for accuracy and compliance
Prepare reports for monthly,



quarterly, and annual closures
Support cash management and funding requests
Help maintain sales deposit records and closing books

Requirements:
Interest in pursuing CPA designation
Up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience
Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Excel, and Office suite
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills
