Drive merchandise and demand planning across all regions
Own the end-to-end S&OP; process for better decision-making
Implement AI-driven demand forecasting effectively




Oversee distribution center operations and logistics
Develop inventory flow and sourcing strategies

Requirements:
Proven experience leading S&OP; in a growth environment
Background in omni-channel operations (wholesale and ecommerce)
Solid leadership skills, managing remote teams
Knowledge of systems including ERP and WMS
International experience is preferred
