As a critical figure in our current Brooklin operation, you'll oversee Parts, Service, and Equipment departments. Your responsibilities will involve building a motivated team and collaborating with various departments, including Marketing and Facilities. You'll also engage in proactive customer relationship management, ensuring superior service that aligns with Toromont’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:



- Ensure safety compliance in all operations - Establish recruiting requirements for a new team - Collaborate with Facilities on operational setups - Partner with Marketing for local promotions - Set and track yearly branch objectives
