In your role as an Industrial Engineer, you will support the launch of recent robotic manufacturing plants while developing systems that maximize efficiency and productivity. You’ll be integral in ensuring that our facilities meet safety and ergonomic standards as you collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee deployment and ramp-up of recent robotic manufacturing facilities
Design optimized workflows and efficient manufacturing setups
Utilize AutoCAD for accurate production layouts and diagrams




Implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles
Analyze and enhance manufacturing performance for throughput

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout and process design
Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts
Excellent collaboration and analytical skills
