Smarter Alloys is searching for a Process Engineer with a background in manufacturing to facilitate the scaling of our wire production lines. Your role will involve enhancing operational efficiency by working cross-functionally with production and quality teams, driving process optimization, and ensuring our outputs meet stringent quality requirements.

This position eliminates bottlenecks and enhances throughput within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize wire production techniques
Identify and reduce manufacturing bottlenecks




Maintain compliance with QMS documentation
Develop in-process quality control metrics
Collaborate with teams to enhance product transfer

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering
2–5 years in process engineering
Familiarity with QMS and statistical analysis
Knowledge of root cause analysis methods
Motivated to work in quick-paced settings
