The Phelps Group is looking for a Corporate Health, Safety and Environment Manager to oversee safety initiatives across various projects. The position involves implementing compliance measures, enhancing training programs, and providing technical guidance to ensure a protected working setting.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and work in-office with some travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage safety employees at multiple project sites
Update and audit HSE systems for compliance
Promote safety culture among employees

Conduct internal and external safety audits

Requirements:
At least 7 years of HSE experience in industry
Relevant technical or engineering degree preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
