JOB SUMMARY:

Prepares laboratory specimens for analytical processing and/or performs venous and capillary blood procurement.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduation plus a medical laboratory assistant program/course of over six months and up to one year or equivalent; *
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
Positive work history (performance and attendance);
Adherence to skilled ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalite Health Network.

NOTE:
The selected person may be required to word at Stella-Maris-de-Kent hospital,



at the phlebotomy clinic or in another Laboratory departement as per operational requirements.
The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.
