In this vital position, you will oversee the Project Design department within the Decoustics and Strongsville Wood divisions, leading a team of Senior Project Coordinators and Supervisors. Your role encompasses scheduling, resource planning, and ensuring high-quality shop drawings using AutoCAD.

Engaging collaboratively with clients will also be crucial for addressing technical inquiries and improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Coach and manage a team of 8–9 design specialists
Oversee project schedules and team performance evaluations




Ensure accurate shop drawings are created in AutoCAD
Collaborate with clients to resolve design issues
Manage billing and invoicing for external freelancers

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in architectural design or engineering
15+ years of commercial construction experience
Proven leadership in managing design teams
Advanced AutoCAD proficiency; knowledge of Solid Works is plus
Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities
