Key Responsibilities:
Develop business plans for maintenance operations
Oversee facility and mechanical maintenance activities
Manage CMMS,



including schedules and inspections
Plan maintenance to reduce operational interruptions
Track maintenance performance via key metrics

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certification
Minimum of five years in systems maintenance
Project management or supervisory training a bonus
Robust knowledge of building maintenance standards
Proven decision-making and budget management capabilities
