Join Alpha House as a Beltline Outreach Worker, hybrid shifts from 4 PM to midnight. This role focuses on providing essential support for individuals struggling with addiction and homelessness.
As a permanent full-time staff member, you'll engage directly with clients in various situations, ensuring they receive the advocacy and support they need. Solid case management and crisis-response skills are essential. Work alongside community partners and local services, delivering client-centered support tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:



- Conduct outreach and engage with clients compassionately - Drive agency vehicles to transport clients to safety - Perform housing assessments and maintain ethical standards - Facilitate educational sessions with community partners - Collaborate as part of a supportive team workplace
Requirements: - Diploma or degree in relevant fields, or in progress - Understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction - Explicit Class 5 Non-GDL driver license and 3 years driving experience - Proven crisis management abilities in outreach settings - Ability to wear steel-toed footwear and navigate rough terrain
