This role requires an experienced skilled to lead initiatives that foster collaboration with Indigenous Nations and communities. You will enhance workforce participation and leverage economic development initiatives while working closely with leadership and project teams.

Your expertise will be vital in integrating partnership objectives into project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
Spearhead engagement and partnership efforts across regions
Implement strategies for economic development and training




Collaborate on project proposals and initiatives
Advise on cultural protocols and legislative requirements

Requirements:
At least 7 years in Indigenous relations or similar fields
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Indigenous landscapes in BC and Alberta
Proven track record in negotiation and partnership success
Experience in construction, energy, or related sectors
