Plasman is seeking a dedicated Product Designer within our Windsor Tooling facility. This role involves creating and reviewing designs while collaborating closely with Engineering and Program Management. You will focus on customer standards, mold flow analysis, and ensuring compliance with design documentation.
Your creative solutions and attention to detail will drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to review design and changes
Determine functions and mechanisms needed for products
Develop designs and seek approvals from stakeholders
Assess tooling feasibilities and part concerns
Ensure ISO documentation is meticulously maintained
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in mold design
Familiarity with Catia V5 is a plus
Relevant degree or diploma in Design or Engineering
Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Robust organizational skills for multiple projects
