Validate and manage HVAC product quality changes
Address manufacturing quality concerns with integrity
Lead initiatives using SIS Kaizen methodology
Manage external quality KPIs effectively
Review warranty claims and maintain quality records
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of two years experience in quality engineering
Proficient in software applications for analysis
Excellent presentation skills suitable for all staff levels
Passion for deep engagement on the shop floor
