This role requires supervising a unionized workforce while focusing on safety, quality, and optimizing production throughput. You will monitor production metrics, verify operations, and implement continuous improvement processes. Key Responsibilities:
Coach teams on Safety and Quality standards
Optimize production to meet budget and efficiency goals
Act as initial responder to ANDON system alerts
Confirm smooth operation and quality from production lines
Support Kaizen initiatives and problem resolution

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of supervising a union workforce
Understanding of collective bargaining agreements
Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Background in CNC machining highly desirable
