Key Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations of materials and workforce for projects
Prepare detailed summaries of quantities based on plans
Identify key project-specific costs for labor and equipment
Review and validate amounts from suppliers and subcontractors
Propose alternatives to bids that reduce costs
Requirements:
University Degree or College Diploma in relevant field
Over 8 years of estimating experience in ICI construction
Solid understanding of the Atlantic Canada market
Expertise in excavation and formwork
Proficient with relevant estimation software
