This is a position for a detailed oriented individual, able to multitask, work efficiently and deliver high level service in a rapid paced work workplace in a premier level brewery restaurant

Main Duties

 Welcoming guests to the restaurant and kickstarting their dining experience. Must be knowledgeable in our products, brand, and local area
 Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, stocking, organizing
 Communicate to team members important information (section changes, out of stock items)
 Ensuring comfort of our guests by delivering timely, thoughtful and friendly customer service
 Accurately taking reservations and keeping the restaurant floor organized while maximizing seating availability




 Outstanding communication skills and outstanding phone etiquette

Qualifications

 Position requires walking/standing for extended periods of time
 Position may require heavy lifting up to 160.5lbs (furniture, etc.)
 Strong hospitality experience in a rapid paced environment
 Must possess a current Proserve status
 Team player with a positive Attitude
 Strong Beer Culture Knowledge
 Trustworthy
